How is The Christian Leaders Letter different from the usual book reviews I can read for free, or summaries I can subscribe to?
First, it is not just a review or summary, but an analysis of the content through a Christian worldview, with the objective of finding relevant application for ministry, business and personal life. The content is also synthesized via cross-reference to a database of hundreds of books, periodicals and other materials.
Second, rather than a single genre of subject matter (such as that covered by the typical business book summary service), a wide range of helpful material is included.
Third, recognizing the value of "classics" in every genre, books that contain timeless best-practices will be selected as well as current best sellers.
Lastly, there isn't another similar service that delivers the information to you, saving you the energy & effort of having to search it out.
What does an issue cover?
Each issue will generally focus on one book, and supplemental material from recent periodicals, web sites, e-zines, blogs, and/or the database of material derived from hundreds of other books and articles. (Click HERE to see list of books from which database is derived)

How is an issue of The Christian Leaders Letter developed?
A book is selected for the main section of the Letter. I read the book and take extensive notes. The notes are then compiled into an outline, and I then develop a mind-map of the critical content, compare the content to a topically arranged database of content from other sources (see HERE), and write the main section.
Content for additional sections (such as Communication Tips) is added from relevant current sources, or from material within my notes database.
All of the notes from the current selection (even those which did not make the current issue of the Letter) are added to the database and are available for synthesis in future issues.
